Key Stage 1 History.

In history the children in Year 1 and 2 have been learning about the explorer Ernest Shacklton and his attempt to reach the South Pole in 1915-16. They recreated his doomed journey in the school field, where it was not quite as cold as it was in Antartica. After coming back to school they read and completed timelines to show the events of the exploration.
